Earnings depend on a number of factors, including the client’s care package, location and the requirements of the placement. Details of pay will always be discussed clearly before you accept a placement.
Not necessarily. We look for people who have the right attitude, compassion and commitment to caring for others. Depending on the role, relevant experience and qualifications may be required, while training and development will be provided where appropriate.
Absolutely. We believe in developing our people and creating opportunities to progress within Prime Years. Many of our senior staff have progressed into wider responsibilities and office-based roles as their experience and skills have grown.
