Finding Care Shouldn’t be Overwhelming
Let us take the weight off your shoulders.
From your first conversation to the start of care, we make the process simple, clear, and personal, guiding you and your family every step of the way.
Care that starts with a conversation
Arranging care for yourself or someone you love can feel like a big step. You don't need to have everything worked out before you contact us.
Let’s talk
Call us, request a callback or complete our online enquiry form. Tell us as much or as little as you feel comfortable sharing. We'll listen to what's happening, understand what you're looking for and answer your questions.
We'll meet you at home
We'll arrange a convenient time to meet you and your family at home. We'll talk about your routines, preferences, daily life, what matters to you and where you may need some extra support.
We'll consider relevant risks, mobility needs and practical considerations so we can understand what good support would look like for you.
Care begins
Following the assessment, we'll agree the support that best meets your needs, including the type of care, frequency and times of visits. We'll explain your care plan and costs clearly before anything begins.
Where possible, we'll introduce you to a small, consistent team of carers who are well suited to your needs, preferences and personality.
We're here beyond the first visit
Your needs may change. Your circumstances may change. And your care should be able to change with you. We'll keep in touch, review your care regularly and listen to feedback from you and your family.
If something isn't working, tell us. We'll listen and work with you to put it right.
More than a care plan
"Good care isn't just about completing tasks. It's about knowing how someone likes their tea, knowing when they want company and when they want quiet, knowing what makes them smile, and knowing that the person arriving at the door is someone they can trust."
At Prime Years Care Agency, we believe the best care is personal, consistent and built around the individual.
People you can trust
Our recruitment process includes appropriate background checks, references and training before a carer joins our team.
Care that respects independence
We support people to remain involved in their own decisions, routines and everyday lives.
A team that listens
You and your family have a voice throughout your care journey. We welcome feedback and review support as needs change.
Clear from the beginning
We explain the care being proposed and the associated costs before care starts, so you know exactly what to expect.
You & your family stay connected
Know what's happening, even when you can't be there.
When someone you love receives care, it's natural to want to know how they're doing — especially when you're at work, living further away or simply can't be there every day.
With our secure care app, you or your chosen family members can access updates about your care, including care notes, visits and important information recorded by your care team.
- ✓ See clear updates about the care provided and stay informed about how things are going.
- ✓ Keep up to date even when you're not at home.
- ✓ Remain involved in your loved one's care journey.
Not sure what kind of care you need?
That's okay. You don't need to know how many hours you need, what type of support would be right or even whether now is the right time.
Tell us what's happening and we'll help you understand your options. Not ready to arrange care? That's okay too. You can simply talk to us and take the information away to discuss with your family.
